

This project describes pitch deck for the Salomon XT-Whisper Void shoes, developed during a 12-hour Youngdogs pitch competition where my teammate won first place. The briefing asked for a touch of female empowerment without excluding men as target audience for the campaign. The core concept revolves around the “duality of people” and how the Salomon XT-Whisper Void embodies this versatility. The pitch highlights the idea of “The Shoes That Can Do Both,” catering to various aspects of an individual’s life. Based on the “Get a girl who can do both” meme.
The proposed execution includes:
– Product Placement: Dynamic shopping window displays that switch between day and night themes.
– In-store Activation: Launch parties with specific dress codes (Vanilla Ice for morning, Black Metallic for night) and an AI-generated “alter ego” photo booth.
– Campaign Website: A user-interactive website featuring a slider to switch between light and dark modes, affecting event information.
– Editorial Blog: Content focusing on versatile pieces that complement the shoes and highlights places in Amsterdam that “do both,” reflecting the shoes’ adaptability.
The pitch aimed to showcase the XT-Whisper Void’s ability to seamlessly transition between different environments and styles, empowering individuals to embrace all facets of their identity.
